Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila seeks a Website and SEO Specialist to publish content and image updates in WordPress, stage new landing pages, and support ongoing site evolution.

You will optimize content with keywords, tags, meta-descriptions, and internal links; coordinate localization across EN-US, EN-GB, DE and FR; monitor blog performance with Google Analytics; and run A/B tests with VWO to maximize organic exposure.

Responsibilities

• Publish content and image updates and make edits in our CMS, Wordpress, to support the evolution and maintenance of Highspot.com.
• Stage new and updated landing pages in Highspot.com and review functionality and design with the team prior to publishing.
• Optimize new and existing content by implementing keywords throughout, h1/h2 headers, title tags, meta-descriptions, URL slugs, internal linking, and image optimization (file names & alt tags).
• Manage and coordinate the localization process with the Content team to ensure the alignment of our site across our four core languages, EN-US, EN-GB, DE and FR.
• Maintain effective information architecture and best practices for SEO and tagging.
• Assist in technical and non-technical SEO tasks, maximizing our website for organic exposure.
• Manage keyword rank across blog content, including recommending and implementing changes to content, metadata, internal linking, and other factors to improve the position for target keywords.
• Track, analyze, and monitor blog performance, reporting on traff ic growth, engagement, conversions to leads, and MQLS.
• Support the Sr. Web Marketing Manager in managing blog keyword ranking and achieving strategic KPIs.
• Leverage Google Analytics to monitor web performance. Monitor for trends, fluctuations, and functionality issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive A/B tests using VWO.
• Perform ongoing competitor analysis and audience research to identify content gaps and opportunities to inform our content planning and creation.
