MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Head of SEO to lead and optimize the company's SEO function, including Technical SEO, Local SEO, GBP optimization, AEO, AI Search, and workflow automation. This strategic, hands-on leadership role drives search performance, leads the SEO team, and delivers measurable client results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SEO experience with leadership of an SEO team or department.
• Expertise in Technical SEO, Local SEO, GBP optimization, Analytics, and enterprise platforms such as Search Atlas.
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents using tools such as OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, Claude, Gemini, Python, JavaScript, LangChain, n8n, or similar technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Automotive, agency, or multi-location business experience is highly preferred.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for automotive dealerships and multi-location businesses.

Position Summary
