Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our remote team. You will build and publish location-based landing pages for dealership clients, applying SEO best practices, on-page optimization, schema, and internal linking to boost local visibility.

The role demands 1–2 years of SEO content production experience, familiarity with Search Atlas and Google Workspace, and a keen eye for detail to hit daily production targets in a fast-paced work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO content production or on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with Search Atlas, Google Workspace, or equivalent SEO platforms.
• Strong understanding of local SEO fundamentals, keyword optimization, and content formatting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish location-based landing pages for dealership clients.
• Follow templates and best practices for SEO, on-page structure, schema, and interlinking.
• Input and optimize on-page content including H1/H2 headers, meta titles/descriptions, FAQs, and internal links.
• Ensure local relevance by embedding maps, NAP data, and regional details on each page.
• Maintain page creation targets (10+ pages/hour) with accuracy and formatting consistency.
• Track work progress and deliverables through Monday.com and maintain clean documentation in Google Drive.
• Collaborate with the SEO Lead to review page quality and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date with internal SEO best practices and evolving Google algorithm standards.

Your Role

• Maintain page creation targets (10+ pages/hour) while upholding content accuracy and formatting consistency.
• Track work progress and deliverables through Monday.com and maintain clean file documentation within Google Drive.
• Collaborate with the SEO Lead to review page quality, performance metrics, and opportunities for content improvement.
• Stay up to date with internal SEO best practices and evolving Google algorithm standards (E-E-A-T, AEO, etc.).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO content production or on-page optimization (preferred, but not required).
• Familiarity with Search Atlas, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), or equivalent SEO platforms.
• Strong understanding of local SEO fundamentals, keyword optimization, and content formatting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-assisted SEO tools (e.g., Content Genius, Surfer SEO, Jasper, etc.).
• Prior work in automotive marketing or multi-location SEO.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Basic understanding of HTML or content management systems (CMS).

Performance Expectations

• Page creation goal: 1,000 to 1,800 landing pages per month.
• Accuracy rate: 98% or higher (verified through internal QA).
• Turnaround time: 10 landing pages/hour on average.
• Compliance: Must follow The RAM Group's content standards, formatting, and NAP consistency protocols.
