FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively looking for an SEO specialist to oversee every marketing and search engine optimization endeavour. To examine, implement, and track modifications to websites that will make them more search engine friendly.

This refers to increasing a site’s page rank in search engines to increase visitors to the site. The role requires a BS/MS degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of 3+ years of SEO experience, with deep knowledge of analytics tools such as GA,

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
• Minimum 3+ years of directly related SEO experience.
• Experience with website analytics and tracking tools (GA, Tag Manager, AdWords, Search Console, etc.).
• Digital Marketing Certification is an advantage.
• Experience with AB and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Strong understanding of how to rank websites.
• Experience with content writing, backlinks, and optimizing pages.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/WordPress basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research aligned with client goals to improve content and discover opportunities.
• Analyze competitor sites and SERPs to learn from organic traffic patterns.
• Research and implement content recommendations.
• Run tests, collect data, and analyze results.
• Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and similar tools to track events and analyze data.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO performance.
• Support content team in producing high-quality SEO content.
• Create compelling CTAs and meta descriptions to boost CTR and conversions.
• Develop and execute a link-building plan.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry changes.
