Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a Website and SEO Specialist to manage content, SEO tasks, and localization across EN-US, EN-GB, DE, and FR. This role is remote with day shift hours.

You will edit CMS content in Wordpress, optimize pages, coordinate with the Content team, monitor analytics, run A/B tests, and help grow organic traffic. MicroSourcing offers healthcare from day one, bonuses, and a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Publish content and image updates in Wordpress CMS to support evolution and maintenance of Highspot.com.
• Stage new and updated landing pages in Highspot.com and review functionality and design with the team prior to publishing.
• Optimize content through keywords, headers, title tags, meta-descriptions, URL slugs, internal linking, and image optimization.
• Coordinate localization with Content team to align site across EN-US, EN-GB, DE and FR.
• Maintain information architecture and best practices for SEO and tagging.
• Assist in technical and non-technical SEO tasks to maximize organic exposure.
• Manage keyword rank across blog content and implement changes to improve target keywords.
• Track, analyze, and report blog performance, traffic, engagement, conversions to leads and MQLs.
• Support the Sr. Web Marketing Manager in managing blog keyword ranking and KPIs.
• Leverage Google Analytics to monitor web performance and identify trends and issues.
• Formulate and execute A/B tests using VWO.
• Perform competitor and audience research to inform content planning and creation.
