Job summary

SGS is seeking a knowledgeable Workday Expenses Support Analyst to provide 2nd level support for Workday Expenses requests and incidents. You will handle incident management, collaborate with Global Business Applications teams, and extend knowledge to Level 1 through training and documentation.

The role emphasizes efficient resolution, adherence to ITSM practices, and ongoing improvement of service delivery within SGS's QHSEE framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or information technology/service management
• 2nd level technical support experience
• Experience with incident and request management
• Exposure to multi-cultural environments

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for Workday Expenses requests and incidents
• Manage incidents and requests using ITSM processes
• Use tools to resolve escalated issues and improve resolution rate
• Collaborate with Business Applications owners and support teams
• Ensure knowledge transfer to Level 1 via sessions and documentation
• Maintain QHSEE compliance and participate in related activities
