The role involves coordinating multiple projects for high-profile clients, driving design, configuration, testing, training, and knowledge transfer, positioning you as a trusted Workday expert.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday technical knowledge and configuration skills.
• Workday Absence Management.
• Workday Time Tracking.
• Workday Reporting.
• Business Process Configuration.
• Knowledge and certification of any other modules.
• Previous implementation project experience.
• Excellent understanding of HR business projects, ideally with exposure to an international environment.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Workday implementation/PRO certification in: Must: HCM Core; Compensation.
• Highly Desirable: Absence, Time Tracking, Integration.
• Nice to have: Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday workstreams for key clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities.
• Lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Be seen as an expert in your field with demonstrated experience and success in a client-facing role.
• Across multiple projects with high-profile clients, coordinating efforts and ensuring delivery excellence.
