Columbia Sportswear seeks a Principal Workday Administrator to join our Human Resources Technology team. This hands-on role requires 8+ years of experience with Workday configuration, operations, and solution delivery in enterprise HR platforms.

Responsibilities include owning Workday configuration, delivering scalable solutions, managing upgrades, leading incident resolution, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, or related field.
8+ years of software systems analysis with Workday experience.
Experience configuring Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Reporting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration and setup of Workday.
Deliver functional solutions via configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Lead upgrades/patches to minimize disruption to operations.
Lead operational delivery including incident resolution and performance tuning.
Perform hands-on testing including integration, regression, and FUT.
Document configurations, processes, and procedures for audit readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
