Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking a Web Product Owner to own the end-to-end website roadmap, backlog, and delivery. You will collaborate with UX/UI, SEO, Content, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams, along with external vendors, to prioritize and deliver website initiatives that drive performance and compliance.

The role requires strong governance, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the website remains healthy, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in website management or digital product management.
• Experience managing website roadmaps and backlogs with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience in banking/fintech or digital-first orgs preferred.
• Google Analytics Certification preferred.
• CSPO/SAFe PO/PM preferred.
• JIRA/Atlassian certifications preferred.
• HubSpot CMS or similar CMS certification preferred.
• SEO fundamentals and technical SEO concepts.
• UX/UI principles and customer journey design.
• Web analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the website product roadmap, aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of website enhancements with internal and external teams.
• Define and monitor success metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for website initiatives.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and branding standards across website changes.
• Manage vendor performance and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate roadmap updates and delivery status to leadership and teams.
