Job summary

GoTyme is seeking a Web Product Owner to own end-to-end website initiatives, manage the roadmap and backlog, and govern delivery across the organization. You will work with the Web Team, Marketing, Product and Strategy, Technology, and external partners to prioritize and deliver website improvements.

The role emphasizes governance, testing, and post-launch measurement, with accountability for backlog health and performance dashboards. Strong knowledge of SEO, UX/UI, and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Agile, Scrum, Product Management or Digital Product certifications preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in website management or digital product roles.
• Experience managing website roadmaps, backlogs and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams and external partners.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in banking/fintech or digital-first environments preferred.
• Google Analytics Certification preferred.
• CSPO or SAFe PO/PM preferred.
• JIRA/Atlassian certifications preferred.
• HubSpot CMS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the overall website roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as primary owner for all website enhancements, support and optimization requests.
• Manage website demand intake, prioritization and backlog governance.
• Develop and maintain a transparent prioritization framework balancing requirements.
• Facilitate roadmap planning, release planning and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of website enhancements and releases.
• Partner with internal and external development teams for timely delivery.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
• Ensure testing, signoffs and release readiness prior to deployment.
• Define success metrics and establish dashboards for website performance.
• Monitor website health, performance and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal and security requirements.
