Job summary
GoTyme is recruiting a Web Product Owner to own end-to-end website initiatives, govern priorities, and partner with UX/UI, SEO, content, and tech teams. You will drive a transparent roadmap, measure outcomes, and coordinate internal and external delivery partners to ensure timely, compliant website delivery.
The role focuses on balancing business, customer, technical, and SEO requirements while maintaining backlog health and governance across initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Digital Product certifications preferred.
- 5–8 years in website management, digital product management, or related roles.
- Experience managing website roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder requirements.
- Experience with Agile delivery teams and development partners.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Experience in banking/fintech/digital-first orgs preferred.
- CSPO/SAFe PO or Jira/Atlassian certifications preferred.
- SEO fundamentals and web analytics knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the website roadmap and backlog governance.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery with internal teams and external partners.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure testing, stakeholder signoffs, and release readiness.
- Monitor website health, performance, and governance.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and brand standards across initiatives.
