Job summary

Offshore 24/7, an Australian technology company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to own analytics for product, growth, and subscriptions. You’ll build the trusted data foundation across instrumentation, data quality, and dashboards, partnering with leadership for data-driven decisions.

You will work with BigQuery, SQL, Looker Studio, and Python to drive insights, A/B testing, and AI-enabled analytics, while ensuring data integrity and scalable analytics governance.

Qualifications

• End-to-end analytics ownership from instrumentation to dashboards.
• Strong product or customer-lifecycle analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL with joins, CTEs, windows, optimization.
• Professional BigQuery experience with large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards used by executives.
• Ability translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Independent in fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide analytics and data governance.
• Develop single source of truth for product metrics.
• Design and improve event tracking.
• Analyze user behaviour and cohorts.
• Work hands-on with BigQuery and SQL.
• Ensure data quality and resolve issues.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation.
• Support AI feature analytics.
