Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics in a manufacturing setting at managerial level.
• Pro-active, detail-oriented, and energetic with knowledge of shipping and customs.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy, and communication across all levels (customer, executive, management).

Responsibilities

• Managing and tracking inventories for raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse and logistics to reach short- and long-term goals.
• Coordinate with related departments on daily activities.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and elevate to top management when necessary.
• Oversee raw materials and finished goods from incoming to outgoing processes.
• Ensure safety, security and environmental procedures are followed.
• Stay up to date on customs regulations and international export/import compliance.
