Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics Operations, Warehousing, or related field.
• Proven experience as Warehouse & Logistics Manager or similar role (8+ years).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data system.
• Maintains warehouse conditions by planning layout and design improvements.
• Ensures proper loading, unloading, handling, stocking, and safekeeping of goods to avoid damage and loss.
• Implements FIFO flow and coordinates with purchasing for incoming deliveries (Balesin Island).
• Oversees staffing, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing warehousing and distribution services.
