Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of recruitment operations experience with volume hiring (300+ per month).
Experience with ATS and candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of behavioral interviewing and selection methods.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end recruitment activities and develop hiring strategies for volume demands.
Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand profiles and align hiring efforts.
Source candidates through diverse channels and techniques.
Oversee recruitment activities across stages of assessment and maintain positive applicant experience.
Ensure accuracy of recruitment databases and MIS systems and compliance with SOPs.
