Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a Regional Display Manager to lead visual merchandising and display strategy across sites in the region. You will develop concepts, translate objectives into design solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful customer experiences.

Travel within the region is required. A Bachelor's in a related field with two years of supervisory design experience is expected, along with proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a design or visual merchandising function.
• Strong background in space planning, design conceptualization, and project management.
• Proficient in design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering software).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that drive foot traffic and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on design development, material specifications, and feasibility assessments.
• Ensure consistency of visual standards across all assigned locations.
