Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Visual Display and Design Manager to lead the visual strategy across malls, ensuring brand consistency and compelling displays. You will oversee concept development, fabrication coordination, installation, and maintenance of décor and marketing materials.

You will manage budgets for operations, openings, and special projects, mentor a design team, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver cost-efficient, impactful experiences aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs that strengthen the company's brand, attract customers, and drive sales growth.
• Manage project execution and AVID workflow by overseeing fabrication, installation, and maintenance of décor and marketing materials.
• Plan and monitor budgets for annual operations, mall openings, and special projects to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Handle administrative coordination through documentation, reporting, asset management, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead and develop team members through effective management, performance evaluation, and participation in talent development initiatives.

Job description

Visual Display and Design Manager is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the malls under his/her supervision. Provides design recommendations and solutions relevant to the mall's operational needs and ensures that all display installations stay within budget and adhere to the standards & brand image of the company.
