Job summary

Gnani.AI is seeking an experienced Creative Designer to own visual communication across our marketing and sales channels. You will craft enterprise-grade presentation decks, short-form video content, and social media creatives that convey our Voice AI products to CXOs, enterprise buyers, developers, and investors.

This high-ownership role involves collaborating with the CMO, VP of Product Marketing, and founders on assets used in board meetings, pitches, and public campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or creative content production in brand/agency/marketing context.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing asset production — NOT UX design.
• Proven ability to produce executive-quality presentation decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Solid video editing skills: Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and brand systems.
• Strong portfolio spanning at least 2 of 3 core formats: decks, video, social media creatives.
• Experience working with marketing/PMM stakeholders — translating briefs into assets with minimal back-and-forth.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of presentation decks for sales, investor relations, product launches, and customer-facing use cases.
• Lead short-form video content production: explainer videos, product demos, testimonials, event recap videos for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Drive social media creative output for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram — campaign graphics, stat cards, quote creatives, leadership visuals, event promotions.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives — independently and at speed.
• Build and own Gnani.AI's visual design system: templates, icon sets, illustrations, color palette, typography standards.
• Design digital campaign assets: landing page visuals, email banners, digital ads, co-branded materials.
• Create infographics that explain AI concepts, product workflows, and market data for executive buyers.
• Manage multiple design tracks, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted design tools to boost throughput without sacrificing brand quality.
• Mentor junior design resources or interns as the team scales.
