Job summary

Hynt Llp is seeking a Visual Designer to craft visually engaging designs for apps, campaigns, and presentations. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Responsibilities include creating decks, marketing creatives, and short videos, while maintaining brand consistency and iterating based on feedback. Experience with Canva and motion design is valuable.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides for professional decks.
• Basic to intermediate video editing and motion design skills.
• Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work fast in a startup environment.
• Experience designing for mobile apps or tech products.
• Knowledge of UI basics (Figma, XD is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media trends and formats.

Skills & Experience :

• 2-3 years of strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides (clean, professional decks)
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing & motion (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar)
• Good understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work fast in a startup environment.
