Job summary

Liviti, a developer in Australian residential property investment, seeks a Senior Video Editor to own the standard of our outputs and ensure every 15-second asset drives inquiries. You will review every cut, set the bar, and decide what gets shipped, while still cutting and leading by example.

You will lead a remote team of editors, coordinate with the Sydney Social Media Manager, and build a compliant workflow from brief to delivery, including asset storage and archiving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing with leadership or reviewer experience.
• Real colour grading; show log footage before and after.
• Masking and compositing: rotoscoping, keying, tracking, cleanup.
• Short-form craft: hooks, pacing, retention, captions, sound.
• Commercial literacy: read briefs and understand audience and purpose.
• Strong written English; feedback is primarily written.
• Availability for Philippine day shifts (7am–4pm or 8am–5pm PHT).
• Willingness to work within compliance constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the standard: create a style guide, grading look, and quality checklists.
• Review every video before publish with written notes.
• Decide what ships and provide clear direction to editors.
• Lead remote editors and uplift grading, pacing, and hook craft.
• Own end-to-end workflow from brief to delivery and asset management.
• Collaborate daily with the Sydney Social Media Manager to align briefs, brand and goals.
