Job summary

Efficient Living Group is seeking a Multimedia Designer to blend motion design, video editing, and product storytelling for Lifely and other brands. You will produce short-form videos, motion graphics, UGC edits, and paid-social assets across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and website channels.

The role requires strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop, with a keen eye for pacing, captions, and brand accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial motion, video editing, multimedia, or digital content experience.
• Portfolio showing short-form video, motion graphics, UGC, paid social, or product storytelling.
• Strong After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or equivalent skills.
• Good understanding of timing, pacing, typography, composition, sound, and visual rhythm.
• Ability to create clear hooks and engaging first seconds.
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent skills.
• Understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, website, and ecommerce specifications.
• High attention to product, copy, claim, and export accuracy.
• Good time management, communication, and willingness to learn.
• A design degree is useful but is not required when the portfolio and practical ability are strong.

Responsibilities

• Repurpose UGC into paid ad content and create AI-generated assets for paid channels.
• Create engaging static, motion and reel ads for meta, instagram and other channels for evergreen and marketing campaigns.
• Build strong hooks, pacing, captions, and calls to action.
• Stay on top of content trends and AI knowledge.
• Contribute to concepts, storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and production plans.
• Attend and support studio or in-house content sessions, identify risks early.
• Take the lead on smaller projects when required.
• Use CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, retention signals to improve future edits.
• Work with media buyers and creative leads to understand performance.
• Explain creative decisions, revise quickly, and deliver on-brand work on time.
