Wonder Group, Liviti is seeking a Senior Video Editor who will own the standard of our property investment content. You will set a grading look, build a hook library, and ensure every piece meets our quality checklist before publication.

You will personally edit high‑impact assets, mentor a remote team, and manage the end‑to‑end workflow with our Sydney team, ensuring compliance with Australian advertising guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing, including leading, training, or reviewing editors.
• Real colour grading; show before/after.
• Masking and compositing: rotoscoping, keying, tracking.
• Short-form craft: hooks, pacing, retention, captions, sound.
• Strong written English for feedback.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce video standards across the team.
• Review all pieces before publish and provide actionable notes.
• Lead remote editors and improve grading, pacing, and hook craft.
• Own pipeline from brief to delivery: intake, versioning, approvals.
