Wonder Group, Liviti is seeking a Senior Video Editor to own the quality bar for property-focused content made for Australian audiences. This remote role requires guiding editors, setting a grading standard, and ensuring every cut aligns with brand and compliance constraints.

You will work closely with the Sydney team, lead a remote workflow, and manage the end-to-end pipeline from brief to delivery while maintaining high production value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing, including leading, training or reviewing other editors.
• Real colour grading with before/after examples.
• Masking and compositing: rotoscoping, keying, tracking, cleanup.
• Short-form craft: hooks, pacing, retention, captions, sound.
• Commercial literacy: read briefs and target audience.
• Strong written English; feedback is primarily written.
• Availability for Philippine day shift.

Responsibilities

• Own the standard: build style guide, grading look, hook library, quality checklist within 30 days.
• Review every piece before publish; provide written notes tied to timeline.
• Decide what ships; the editor has authority to return work.
• Cut high-impact pieces: campaigns, founder/spokesperson pieces, explainers.
• Grade footage for consistency across brands and cameras.
• Improve retention: hook, pacing, captions, sound to look credible.
• Lead the remote team of editors; uplift grading, masking, pacing, hook craft.
• Own pipeline from brief to delivery: intake, versioning, reviews, storage, archive.
• Collaborate with Sydney team; ensure execution meets brief and compliance.
