Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Post-Production Lead to own the look and quality of our luxury travel and wedding video content, guiding a global team of editors and enforcing a high standard across platforms.

This remote, day-shift role partners with the Sydney-based Social Media Manager to ensure creative brief alignment and strong commercial outcomes, while you set style guides, grading, and feedback processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years editing for luxury, lifestyle, travel or premium consumer brands.
• Ability to grade non-destructively from multiple cameras to a single cohesive piece.
• Experience masking, rotoscoping, tracking and clean-up to solve challenging shots.
• Track record leading, training or reviewing other editors and driving quality improvements.
• Strong knowledge of hooks, retention, pacing, captions and sound design for short-form content.
• Ability to read a brief and articulate the video’s purpose, audience and goals.
• Excellent written English; clear, actionable feedback in text.
• Strong aesthetic judgment suitable for luxury and premium brands.
• Self-managed workflow with reliable deadlines and delivery.

Responsibilities

• You author and enforce the video style guide and grading look within 30 days.
• You provide specific, written notes on every piece before it ships.
• You edit flagship destination films and key campaigns.
• You lead and train our global team of editors through guidance and examples.
• You own content movement from brief to delivery, including intake, reviews and archiving.
