Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Managed Care Value-Based Analyst to analyze value-based payment arrangements, forecast contract performance and support strategic initiatives with financial and operational insights.

In a global services environment, you will partner with managed care, finance, compliance and operations to evaluate payer contracts, monitor reimbursement, build dashboards and deliver data-driven recommendations for U.S. value-based programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and problem solving of complex financial and healthcare data.
• Experience with value-based contracts including performance measurement and reconciliation.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for managed care analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for large healthcare claims datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reimbursement methodologies, financial impact and contract performance to support negotiations.
• Evaluate value-based payment arrangements including shared savings and risk-sharing models.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations in payer negotiations and contract discussions.
• Monitor program performance and identify underpayments, variances and compliance risks.
• Develop forecasting models and variance analyses for contract outcomes.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting packages for leadership.
