Job summary

GoTymeX is seeking a Mid/Snr UX Writer to craft live product copy and shape our content standards across markets. You’ll influence terminology, voice, and patterns upstream while driving collaboration with design, engineering, QA, and legal. Fintech exposure is helpful, but talent and strategic thinking matter most.

The role is hybrid, with preference for candidates in SEA or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Passion for UX writing and content design.
2–4 years writing for digital products.
Portfolio showing UX/product writing and strategic thinking.
Experience collaborating with teams across countries/time zones.
Experience in crypto or fintech context is a plus.

Responsibilities

Write customer-facing copy across product surfaces with clarity and consistency.
Contribute to and evolve content standards, style guides, and patterns.
Use AI tooling to identify inconsistencies and draft variants.
Review product messaging before going live to ensure quality across markets.
Coordinate with the UX Writing hub for localization and accessibility.
Present and defend content decisions cross-functionally.
