Qualifikationen

• Strong professional experience with Unity.
• Experience with real-time gameplay or interactive systems.
• Understanding of MVVM/MVP or similar patterns.
• Maintainable software architecture in game production context.
• Experience with Git workflows and code reviews.
• Strong engineering mindset and systems thinking.
• Able to contribute to technical design discussions.
• Good understanding of optimization and performance.
• Interest in AI-assisted workflows to improve quality.
• Clear communication across disciplines and strong English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain gameplay features and real-time systems in Unity.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and production in a remote setup.
• Build clean, extensible gameplay systems in Unity.
• Apply common software patterns where appropriate.
• Work with Git workflows, code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and optimization needs.
• Support debugging, profiling, and performance improvements.
• Work with Unity plugins and tools as relevant.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
• Communicate clearly about constraints, opportunities, and trade-offs.
