Job summary
Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to refine the interface and user experience of its Sovereign Operations modules and Enterprise Applications Portal.
You will own the design process end-to-end—from research to high-fidelity UI and usability testing—for web and mobile. You will conduct user research, build wireframes, prototypes in Figma, design responsive interfaces, and maintain style guides for developer handoff, aligning with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio for complex systems.
- Demonstrated mobile / mobile-first design experience for iOS and/or Android.
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience designing for enterprise, financial, or operations-delivery applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.
- Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Design responsive, mobile-first web and mobile interfaces across platforms.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and design guidelines.
- Run usability tests and integrate feedback into refined designs.
- Maintain design documentation, style guides, and specs for developer handoff.
