Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in non-financial risk, operational risk management or a similar discipline, with user access management expertise an advantage.
• Proven experience leading a team, including managing workflows, priorities, and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify insights and turn them into practical outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, mentoring and coaching capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, data analytics and data transformation, with SailPoint IIQ or similar platforms an advantage.
