Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Treasury and Investment Manager to oversee cash flow, funding, and investment strategies. You will forecast liquidity, safeguard assets, and lead a team to optimize resources in line with policy.

The role requires a strong background in finance, MBA or equivalent, and at least five years in a managerial treasury position. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.
• At least five (5) years of managerial work experience in treasury/investment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and oversees the operations of the Treasury and Investment Department.
• Ensures proper accounting, safeguarding, and timely deposit of all collections.
• Ensures adequate funding and proper management of all disbursements.
• Manages the petty cash fund, including proper utilization, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Analyzes financial data and cash positions to forecast cash flow requirements and maintain adequate liquidity.
• Develops strategies for the efficient and profitable management of capital resources.
• Reviews bank proposals on cash management services and recommends appropriate options to Management.
• Develops and recommends investment strategies aligned with Management's investment objectives and direction.
• Evaluates investment opportunities and recommends suitable investment options through established channels.
• Oversees the preparation and management of the department's budget.
