Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks a Treasury Manager to oversee cash flow, liquidity, investments, and financial risks to ensure a strong, sustainable financial position.

You will optimize banking relationships, manage debt and funding strategies, oversee treasury operations, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance cash management and funding strategies. The role requires 5–7 years in treasury or corporate finance, 2 years in supervision, and CPA or related certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • CPA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash position to ensure operational liquidity.
  • Forecast short- and long-term cash flows to support business needs.
  • Optimize working capital by managing accounts payable, receivable, and inventory cycles.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate banking fees, credit facilities, and investment terms.
  • Oversee bank account administration, signatories, and access controls.
  • Evaluate and manage short- and long-term investment opportunities.
  • Monitor debt obligations, interest payments, and compliance with loan covenants.
  • Develop strategies to minimize financing costs and maximize returns.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (FX, interest rate, liquidity).
  • Implement hedging or risk management strategies as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Oversee daily treasury transactions (fund transfers, payments, receipts).
  • Prepare cash flow and treasury performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Monitor daily cash position to ensure operational liquidity.
  • Forecast short- and long-term cash flows to support business needs.

Banking & Financial Relationships
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Job Specifications:
Education:
