Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and oversees the operations of the Treasury and Investment Department.
• Ensures proper accounting, safeguarding, and timely deposit of all collections.
• Ensures adequate funding and proper management of all disbursements.
• Manages the petty cash fund, including proper utilization, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Analyzes financial data and cash positions to forecast cash flow requirements and maintain adequate liquidity.
• Develops strategies for the efficient and profitable management of capital resources.
• Reviews bank proposals on cash management services and recommends appropriate options to Management.
• Develops and recommends investment strategies aligned with Management's investment objectives and direction.
• Evaluates investment opportunities and recommends suitable investment options through established channels.
• Oversees the preparation and management of the department's budget.

About the role

Responsible for the effective management of the Company's cash flow and investible funds to ensure that collection targets and disbursement requirements are adequately funded, while optimizing the utilization and returns of available financial resources in accordance with management direction and approved policies.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Solid knowledge and understanding of investment and financial products, including trusts, stocks, bonds, and shares
