The role reports to the Director, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will guide BIT leads, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with finance, BIT, and functional heads to ensure governance and effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• Graduate+ MBA in Supply Chain Management/ Sales & Marketing/Finance or related advanced degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry or management consulting.
• Knowledge of one or more verticals or domains to bring insights to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Transformation: Support BIT project leads in delivery and execution of integration & transformation projects within timelines, including milestones, budgets, resources and risk management.
• Customer Service: Regular business engagements to ensure governance and stakeholder management; serve as primary contact for project status and updates.
• Internal Processes: Collaborate with project teams and communicate status and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Innovation and Learning: Recommend solutions driving competitive advantage through integration & transformation.
