Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Trainer to participate in managing, planning, organizing, and converting new clients across all product phases. You will train both Concentrix employees and clients, and support education services, sales, client support and quality control.

Responsibilities include briefing the training team, scheduling trainers for conversions, delivering product training, maintaining class agendas, tracking attendance and trainer evaluations, and assisting with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yr telecommunication account experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service disposition.
• Solid understanding of business operations and industry.
• Previous classroom teaching experience.

• Train and assist internal and external customers on various aspects of the product.
• Provide assistance to other departments with product overviews, database setup and conversion mapping.
• Assist project coordinator with the scheduling of trainers for conversion.
• Responsible for facilitating backlog/live support.
• Provide agendas for each class to customers and trainers.
• Track customer class attendance and trainer evaluations completed by the customer.
• Provide written evaluations of trainers’ performance and review with manager.
• Assist Educational Services with production of training materials and classroom training as needed.
• Attend internal training classes to keep product knowledge up to date.
• Provide competent software support for clients, with rapid problem identification and resolution.

The Sr Trainer is responsible for participating in the managing, planning, organizing, and conversion of new clients in all phases of the product, training of Concentrix employees and clients, and providing additional support to education’s services, sales, client support, quality control and documentation.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Brief the training team on issues and assignments, listen to needs and concerns of team members, resolve issues, and be responsible for the coordination of backlog/live support schedules to facilitate a smooth transition to the product


• Train and assist internal and external customers as needed on various aspects of the product


• Provide assistance to other departments with product overview, database setup and conversion mapping as needed


• Assist project coordinator with the scheduling of trainers for conversion


• Responsible for facilitating backlog/live support


• Provide agendas for each class to customer and trainers


• Track customer class attendance and trainer evaluations completed by the customer using the Concentrix spreadsheet programs and material


• Provide written evaluations of trainers’ performance and review with manager on a timely basis


• Assist Educational Services with production of training materials and perform classroom training, as needed


• Attend internal training classes in order to keep product knowledge up to date


• Provide competent software support for clients, which requires rapid problem identification and resolution

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 yr-Telecommunication Account experience is a must
