Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead the overall training strategy and execution across assigned accounts. The role focuses on managing training teams, aligning programs with business goals and driving training effectiveness.

You will design learning solutions, oversee development, and evaluate outcomes to ensure continuous improvement, while supporting leadership in talent development initiatives and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quality.
• 5 years experience as people manager.
• Experience handling multiple businesses/accounts.
• Travel/Financial and diverse account experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate training requirements across programs and projects.
• Lead and manage a team of Process Training Managers and Trainers.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop strategic training plans.
• Design and implement training modules, assessments, and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to align training with business needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive trainer development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of trainers, including interviews and apprenticeship programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
• Promote a culture of learning, engagement, and continuous improvement.
