Job summary

ibex is seeking a Senior Training Manager to design and develop training programs, align them with company goals, and identify key improvement areas to boost client and employee satisfaction. You will lead training delivery, manage materials and knowledge management, coordinate with departments, and drive continuous improvement with metrics and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
• 7–9 years of experience in training and development, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, accelerated learning, and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with Call Center operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to plan training calendars and materials.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the training team.
• Ensure knowledge management and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Monitor quality scores and training effectiveness.
• Engage with external vendors to improve training measures.
• Provide clear, concise reporting on training outcomes.
