Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Brighter Pro Trainer based in Makati to design and deliver advanced training programs for its distribution channels. The role involves coordinating with local leadership and trainer networks to ensure high-quality education for advisors and staff.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of trainer experience in financial services, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel for open classes and partner programs.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any Business/Behavioral Science related course.
• 3–5 years' experience as a trainer in a financial, pre-need/life insurance or mutual fund company.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced training programs for distribution channels.
• Coordinate with CH/RSM and train the trainers.
• Manage training logistics: calendar, venue, equipment, materials, budget, attendance and post-course evaluations.
• Coordinate schedules with Cluster Management and align with agency initiatives.
• Lead DLD exclusive programs and evaluate external training opportunities.
