Job summary

Huawei Philippines invites applications for a training and development specialist responsible for analyzing training needs, designing plans and materials, and supervising courses to ensure a skilled workforce.

You will deliver internal and external programs, maintain manuals and handbooks, and coordinate performance management to foster staff growth. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and may conduct trainings and audits, working both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs, develop training plans and procedures, prepare training materials and supervise courses to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate studies to analyze the training and development needs of specific products in vertical develop training manuals and other training aides.
• Maintain standard practice manual and prepare and issue training handbooks, bulletins, and similar publications as required. Deliver and evaluate internal and external training programs to ensure training is delivered to an accredited standard.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job trainings, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate a performance management program and advise line management on performance issues to contribute to growth and development of staff.
• Liaise with stakeholders on training and development to ensure the continuous improvement of all programs.
• Conduct trainings and audits. Can work alone and can handle a team.
