Job summary

Google Cloud invites a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end technical program management for critical customer bugs and product defect escalations across Generative AI workloads and platform services.

You will bridge field teams with Product Management and Core Engineering, establishing intake channels, triage, and realistic resolution dates, while delivering executive-level briefings and sustaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
7+ years in technical program management or related roles.
Experience with bug, blocker, and incident workflows for enterprise cloud/AI.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI infrastructure.
Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams and Core Engineering/Product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical program management for customer bugs, blockers, and defects across Generative AI workloads and platform services.
Serve as liaison between field teams, Product and Core Engineering; drive root-cause analysis and ETA commitments.
Design, implement, and maintain automated reporting frameworks and dashboards with key metrics.
Advocate customer experience and act as escalation quarterback for high-priority accounts to maintain green sentiment.
