ARBEIT INFOTECH INC. is seeking a Data Technical Program Manager to oversee an AI-ready data platform and enterprise-wide data migrations for a major telecommunications customer in Manila, Philippines.

The role blends program management with deep data engineering expertise on Google Cloud Platform and modern data governance. You will lead multi-workstream programs, coordinate with Google teams and partners, facilitate technical workshops, and ensure successful deployment of data pipelines using

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing complex data transformation programs.
3–5 years of large-scale data migrations on GCP.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native data architectures and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Program Governance & Execution: Lead complex multi-workstream data programs, manage schedules, risks, and weekly status reports.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise between Google Professional Services, partners, and customer teams; manage dependencies and landing zone readiness.
Data Architecture & Implementation Coordination: Oversee IaC Terraform deployments for GCP data services (Iceberg on GCS, Dataproc Serverless, Cloud Composer).
Technical Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops on Data Mesh topologies, data product taxonomies, and metadata strategies.
Validation & Handover: Validate and deploy blueprint data pipelines from NiFi ingestion to GCS/BigQuery with BigQuery ML.
Cross-Technology Alignment: Coordinate across Infrastructure, Data, Security for remote delivery teams.
