Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering and at least 6 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 4 years operating and sustaining a machine such as SPEA and MATRIX2.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Line Sustaining Group in line maintenance activities.
• Ensure high machine uptime and support FT operation’s targets.
• Manage line support resources (people, machines, materials) within the group.
• Drive technical improvements and problem-solving initiatives based on reviews and benchmarking.
