Job summary

STMicroelectronics Laguna site is seeking a skilled technician to perform FT line sustaining analysis, repairs, and knowledge sharing within test production to help achieve KPI targets.

Responsibilities include line sustaining support, budget control, technical improvements, documentation, and maintaining safety and 5S. Candidates should have a technical course, 4 years in semiconductor manufacturing and 2 years in final test, plus SPC, FMEA, TPM know-how.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 2 years in Final test.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Error Proofing, TPM and problem solving tools.
• Computer literacy and understanding of test procedures in semiconductor products.
