Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Line Sustaining professional to perform analysis and repair within the FT production line, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and KPI targets. You will contribute to sustaining operations, support cost control, and drive improvements on the test shop floor.

The role requires a technical background, multiple years in semiconductor manufacturing, and familiarity with SPC, FMEA, TPM, and problem-solving tools.

Qualifications

• Any Technical Course, preferably Electrical/Mechanical.
• 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, at least 2 years in Final test.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Error Proofing, TPM and problem-solving tools.
• Basic understanding of the semiconductor business.

Responsibilities

• Line sustaining support for FT operation metrics and KPIs.
• Budget management and cost control in the production line.
• Technical improvements support to optimize processes.
• Documentation and control of line activities and records.
• Environmental safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.

YOUR ROLE

Perform analysis and repair and shares knowledge on FT Line Sustaining activities within the framework of production encompassing Test shop floor in accordance to company guidelines and requirements, with the objective of providing utmost support to achieve FT operation’s KPI / KBI targets.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• This job requires the ffg minimum requirements :
• EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
• Any Technical Course, preferably Electrical/Mechanical Courses
• With 4 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment, at least 2 years in Final test.
• SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE :
• Statistical Process Control ( SPC ), FMEA, Error Proofing, TPM and Problem Solving Tools
• Computer Literate
• Test Procedures and General semiconductor product /application knowledge
• BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING :
• Basic understanding of semiconductor business industry
