Job summary

Infineon Technologies Philippines is seeking a technician to troubleshoot and maintain Final Test Equipment, support test cells, and ensure production uptime. You will diagnose issues, perform line checks, and assist with changeovers and calibration.

This role requires a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics, 3–5 years of relevant experience, basic MS Office skills, and willingness to work day or night 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintaining and supporting Final Test Equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night, based on operational requirements).
• Commit 24 months contract (with potential renewal).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and rectify test cell setup issues for smooth production operations.
• Perform line equipment check and restoration.
• Carry out equipment kit conversions to support production changeovers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on testers and related equipment.
• Perform monthly tester calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide operators with basic troubleshooting guidance and technical support.
• Participate in Green Line and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and equipment performance.
