Job summary

Gruppo EMS Inc. in Biñan, Laguna, is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair Final Test Equipment, boards, hardware and peripherals, ensuring machine availability and reliable hardware support.

You will support equipment setup and conversion, collaborate with suppliers for improvements, and assist engineers with repairs and restoration of legacy testers. The role emphasizes corrective and preventive actions and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Final Test Equipment repair and process.
• Has basic understanding and product knowledge of IC MOSFET Testing.
• Knowledgeable on TNR, Gravity feed, Eagle and TMT.

Responsibilities

• Tester board, hardware and peripherals repair and maintenance
• Support Equipment maintenance and ensuring that machine is available anytime needed by ensuring good hardware support
• Support all equipment setup and conversion
• Collaborate with supplier for the machine improvement
• Assist equipment engineer for in repair and restoration of legacy handlers and testers
• Execute corrective and preventive actions to maintain machine sustainability
• Continuous Improvement (OEE)
• Knowledgeable in all MS office software
• Spearhead all hardware board repair support including all computer system maintenance
