Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with international teamwork capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Support/Sustaining to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to cost reduction via yield improvements and test time reductions.
• Handle material disposition and ensure accurate movement of materials.
• Perform Manufacturing Control Hit Validation for proper disposition.
• Monitor and enhance Product Performance through data analysis.
• Support New Product Releases with cross-functional coordination.
• Provide Failure Analysis Support by investigating issues promptly.
