Job summary

Renesas Electronics Philippines is seeking a Test Strategy & Development engineer to develop cost-effective, high-efficiency test solutions for GaN and Silicon devices. You will create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed-signal ATE platforms.

Lead transitions of legacy platforms, support NPI through validation and yield ramp, collaborate across design, product, reliability, and operations, and apply wide bandgap semiconductor knowledge with high-voltage testing.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years in semiconductor test engineering.
• Hands-on wafer sort and final test experience.
• Programming in C++ or VBA preferred.
• Experience with ATE instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective and high-efficiency test solutions for GaN and Silicon devices.
• Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed-signal ATE platforms.
• Lead transitions of legacy platforms to new technology nodes.
• Lead NPI through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
• Provide sustaining support for production tests and drive platform efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, product, reliability, test and operations teams.
