Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sustaining and Enhancement Test Engineering team.
• Perform hands-on test engineering work across analog, power, and mixed-signal semiconductors.
• Drive yield, throughput, and test coverage improvements across multiple ATE platforms.
• Mentor and develop Test Engineers; manage workload and project alignment with goals.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
