Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our ATE Engineering team in the Philippines. You will own test development from specification to production, work with external partners, and drive test programs for high-volume manufacturing as well as product qualification and failure analysis.

You will maintain ATE tools, document results, and provide progress reports while collaborating with global experts to deliver reliable semiconductor products powering wireless

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical, Computer Science Engineering, or other relevant field.
• At least 5 years in ATE test solution development.
• Preferred experience with LTX-Credence Unison OS (D10/Diamond X).
• Programming experience with C++ & RF devices is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Development, from Test Specification to sign-off for production, of ATE Test solutions for the company’s products as assigned to him/her on an individual product basis.
• Representing the company in managing outsourced ATE Test solution development projects as assigned to him/her on an individual product basis.
• Execution of tasks involving ATE testing during Product Qualification and Failure Analysis.
• Keeping the company’s ATE tools maintained and up-to-date, including upgrades, relocations and platform changes.
• Maintenance and expansion of the company’s knowledge of ATE technology and solutions according to the company’s strategic direction.
• Keeping the company’s ATE lab tidy and with all HW- and SW tools and toolings in an identifiable and retrievable state.
