Job summary

enablesGROUP is hiring an experienced Test Automation professional to lead QA initiatives across enterprise apps, web platforms, APIs, and ERP systems. You will drive automation strategies, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality software delivery using robust testing frameworks.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright, OpKey, Selenium, and CI/CD tools, with strong SQL and API testing skills. Office located in Pasig, Manila; growth-focused and learning-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in test automation and software quality assurance.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright.
• Experience with OpKey or similar enterprise automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent automation tools.
• API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps Test Plans, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and shift-left testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks for web, API, ERP applications.
• Build and maintain automated smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end suites.
• Drive automation best practices, coding standards, and framework improvements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, defects, and testing evidence.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA and Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.

About the Role

• Create and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, defects, and testing evidence.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA and Automation Engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.
